Registration fees are due annually.  Registration includes filing fees, accident insurance and supplies for all age groups.  Registration for ages 2 – 5 includes books, supplies and crafts. 

Click on the picture of your child’s age group for access to the registration packet.  While filling out the registration packet please include any information about your child that would be helpful to us while taking care of your little one.
